The holidays are over, and a new year has begun. Let’s get into 2021 by continuing to love our local businesses, but not neglecting to love ourselves in the process. Let's keep getting fresh air, trying something new or even just taking time to enjoy life. But what is there to do this winter for self-love? Well, we have some ideas for you.

Princeton Pop-Up Paper Crane Project
69 Palmer Square West, Princeton, NJ
The Princeton Paper Crane Project was developed as a symbol of hope in the middle of a global pandemic, amid protests against racial inequality, economic hardship, and uncertainty around every corner. Our community submitted 18,000 cranes for this project, and they all include personalized images, messages, names of loved ones and more.
Come see the pop-up paper crane project to experience the peace they bring to those around them!

Winter Hike at Mercer Meadows
111-167 Cold Soil Road, Lawrence Township, NJ
Some of the best hiking can be done in the winter. Why? The trails are less crowded and the wilderness often displays its most pristine beauty. If you dress properly, it can be a great way to fit in exercise and grab some fresh air. Mercer Meadows is an easy, scenic trail for the whole family to enjoy. The routes are well-marked and mostly on flat gravel. Great spot for photographing birds and butterflies as well!
