Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2016
Princeton's official Veteran's Day ceremony is Friday, November 11th, beginning at 11am at the All Wars Monument located at the corner of Nassau St and Mercer St. Open to all.
Memorial Day Parade, TBD 2017
The parade starts at 10am from the corner of Princeton Avenue and Nassau Street. Goes to the Princeton Battle Monument located outside the former Princeton Borough Hall. There is a short ceremony at the Battle Monument at 11am. Veterans are encouraged to be in the parade, please contact us!
Flag Day, Monday, TBD 2017
Ceremony occurs at noon on the plaza at Princeton Municipal Building, 400 Witherspoon Street. Please contact Spirit of Princeton about American flags to be properly retired, or bring them to the event.
Independence Day Fireworks, TBD 2017
The best viewing site is from the Princeton University sports fields immediately next to Princeton University Stadium. Fields open at 7pm for picnicking. Fireworks are at dusk which is usually shortly after 9pm. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
Freedom Fest at Mercer County Park
Freedom Festival will be held at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, date and time are TBD 2017. The festival is held in conjunction with the County of Mercer and the popular radio station 94.5 WPST. The event features great food, beer and wine gardens, craft vendors, live music, tethered hot-air balloon riders, games, water rides, a laser tag park, a children's area with inflatable and mechanical rides and much more. Freedom Festival will culminate in a fireworks display at nightfall.

Cranbury Township Fireworks
Celebrate Independence Day with Cranbury Fireworks at Village Park located off of Maplewood Avenue. The concert will begin at 6:00 pm featuring the Mercer County Symphonic Band. The fireworks will begin around 9:30 pm Bring your picnic blanket, chairs, dinner and friends to enjoy the show! Please be advised no alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Park. The Township appreciates your assistance in keeping our park clean by picking up your trash and using the trash receptacles! For more information visit www.cranburytownship.org.
East Windsor Township Fireworks
Celebrate Independence Day with East Windsor Township for a concert and fireworks at Etra Lake Park. The township features free concerts and movies throughout the summer at Etra Lake Park.
The concert starts at 6:00 P.M. featuring Jerry Rife's Rhythm Kings Dixieland Jazz Band and The Trenton Brass Quintet Plus One. Be sure to bring your chairs, blankets and barbecue supplies. There will also be numerous vendors available selling refreshments. You are encouraged to arrive at the park as early as possible to avoid the possibility of a traffic jam - just prior to the fireworks. The fireworks will begin at 9:30 P.M.

Ewing Township Independence Day Parade
The Ewing Patriotic Committee invites you to attend Ewing's Annual Independence Day Parade. The parade begins at 10:00 A.M. on Parkside Avenue to Olden Avenue, ending at the review stand. Please come out along the parade route to support the Township and the USA!

Join the Hamilton community at Veterans Park (Kuser Road entrance) for food, fun and music.The concert this year is featuring a premier band, the Renaissance Orchestra, whom will be performing at 6:00 P.M. Hopewell Valley Concert & Fireworks

Lawrence Township Fireworks & Concert
Lawrence Township will observe Independence Day at the Rider University Campus with fireworks and a concert. The concert starts at 7:00 P.M. and the fireworks will begin at 9:40 P.M. We continue to raise funding for the fireworks through donations and fundraising events. Groups and individuals interested in supporting the fireworks can forward donations to the Recreation Department at 2207 Lawrence Road Lawrence Township NJ 08648. The celebration will take place at Montgomery High School. Since 2011 when the fireworks were brought back to town, this yearly event is 100% supported by private and corporate donations. Activities will start at 6:00PM with games, food, rides, displays, and music. Naturally the evening will culminate in an awe inspiring fireworks celebration after dark, usually around 9:15PM.
