Those hot summer days are dwindling, and we're starting to see the wake of Autumn in the air. We don't mind though since we’re currently daydreaming of all those perfect cozy-weather activities: pumpkin & apple picking, hayrides and corn mazes, fall fairs and festivals and more. When you find yourself itching for some pick-your-own experiences, here’s where you can head to.
330 Cold Soil Road, Princeton

The local favorite for apples, pumpkins, farm animals, homemade donuts, cider, wine… I mean, the list just keeps going. They have activities and games set up for kids, along with hayrides and of course some pick-your-own. Their Apple Days Festival is every weekend in September and October!
1202 Windsor Road, West Windsor

Pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, hayrides and plenty of pumpkins and snacks to go around. For something extra spooky try their flashlight ride.
831 Windsor Perrineville Road, East Windsor
These guys not only have pumpkin picking, but they have nighttime hayrides, fall decorations, such as cornstalks and straw bales, and Field of Terror, NJ’s Premier Haunted Attraction Farm for the adults.
3 Circle Drive, Robbinsville
Haunted trails, pumpkins for sale in the shop along with pick-your-own, honey from hives on the farm, picnic area, zippines, trike track and more! Have little ones? Try their Little Monster Kids Trail for something super sweet and fang-tastic.
201 Hickory Corner Road, East Windsor
Join the Pick Your Own Club ($2 for the entire family all year) to stop in not only during pumpkin season, but for all the fruits and vegetables coming into next spring and summer. Just note there is a $5 picking charge for adults that go towards your purchase. This supports the farm and helps keep the pick-your-own open to the public.
