Fully coeducational since 1969, Princeton in the 2007-2008 academic year enrolled 7,261 students 67% undergraduates and 33% graduate students -- with a ratio of full-time students to faculty members of 5 to 1.

The University, which has 5,700 benefits-eligible faculty and staff, is Mercer County's largest private employer and plays a major role in the educational, cultural and economic life of the region.
