Princeton Guided Tours
Take the Historical Society of Princeton's fabulous guided walking tours--offered every Sunday at 2:00 pm-and following up with a delicious meal in town at PJ's Pancake House or D'Angelo's Italian Market. Enjoy a 1.9 mile, two-hour walk around downtown Princeton and the University campus as you learn about historic sites in the area, including Bainbridge House, Nassau Hall, the University Chapel and Palmer Square. The early history of Princeton, the founding of the University, the American Revolution: these are just some of the stories from Princeton's history that you will learn and enjoy on our tour!
When: Every Sunday throughout the year (except major holidays; weather permitting)
Start time: 2pm
Meet and purchase tickets at: Bainbridge House, 158 Nassau Street
Fee: $7 per adult; $4 children ages 6 to 12; free children age 5 and under (walking tour fee only)
Meal: Afterwards, on your own, enjoy a lovely meal at either: PJ's Pancake House (152 Nassau Street - HSP Members with membership card receive a 15% discount) or D'Angelo's Italian Market (35 Spring Street - HSP Members with membership card receive a 10% discount)
Group Walking Tour: Available by appointment for groups of 15 or more. Arrangements should be made a month in advance. Please call for more details.
